Compositing and prep work for feature film and TV - keying, bg extensions, bg and object replacement, clean plates, tracker removal, comping cgi and matte paintings, comping deep renders and adding extras/effects. This was for:

Compositing extra characters, blood, bruising, in addition to preping shots; roto, green screen clean up and colour correction.

Converting and compositing stereo 3D, breaking out elements from Nuke to Fusion, head geo tracking, working with native 3D, creating small clean plate patches and roto to quicken work-flow. In addition too.

Worked as a compositor for a series of sponsorship adverts, these were a combination of CGI created content, interlaced with 2D created comic strips.

Compositing 3D environments within After Fx and non-character animation work, for this 2D Flash animated music video.

Compositing and green screen work, combining video footage with animated
backgrounds.

2008: Advert - Specsavers “Thunderbirds”
Company - Tandem Films

Worked as a compositor, combining green screened puppet footage, with animated and filmed backgrounds.

 

2007 - 2008: Motion Graphics Designer
Company - Banana Split Productions

Working on multiple adverts, pitches, illustrations, titles, logos, digital signatures and storyboards for both digital and print. Some of the brands I worked on were: Woolworths, Mattel, Hit Entertainment, Currys, and BBC Worldwide. I also created the graphics for Lions for Lambs: World Premiere Special, for broadcast on Channel 4.

 

2007: Corporate - London Underground
Company - Bubble TV

I created a 3D model of a tube which was rendered using cell shader, and animated to combine with Flash animation.

 

2007: Documentary - “Fear and Loving”
Company - LastBus

Working with photographs supplied, to create 2D animated comic strips, these were interlaced with the footage.

 

2007: Animation - Logo

I created a 2D opening company logo animation and design.

 

2006: Documentary -“The Big Dig” for Cancer Research

Software used - Combustion and Flash
Designed, animated and composited a 2D opening title sequence.

 

2006: Corporate - Samaritans - “DEAL”
Company - Agile Films

Created 3D set's, and vehicles which I then animated and composited with the supplied rotoscoped footage.

 

2005 -2006: Animation Series - “Dusty & Musty”
Company - Consortium of Gentlemen (COG) and Hit Entertainment

Promoted to run 3D side of production. This entailed being responsible for deadlines, work quality and training. In addition to below.

Worked as a prop, set modeller, texture mapper, layout artist and compositor on this 2D Flash and 3D combination cartoon series.

 

2003 : Advert - Open University

Worked as the main 3D animator on two CGI adverts. One of which was adapting motion capture files.
